Dr. Swara Afiniwala, MD

Dr. Swara Afiniwala is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in metabolic health, hormonal optimization, and regenerative longevity. She holds advanced certification in peptide therapy and hormonal health through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).
She trained at the University of Tennessee Medical Center and has practiced at Penn Medicine and Monmouth Medical Center across acute inpatient and preventative medicine.
Her methodology is integrative and functional. Every patient receives a comprehensive diagnostic workup that goes beyond standard labs to include lifestyle, stress, sleep, and the full clinical picture. Symptoms are traced to their source, not managed in isolation.

Dr. Deep Trivedi is a board-certified urologist, member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He completed urological training at the University of Rochester and has published in peer-reviewed journals, authored textbook chapters, and presented at major national conferences.
He serves as Section Chair of Urology at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center, has held roles as Associate Clinical Professor at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson and Urology Site Director at Jersey Shore Medical Center, and has been named NJ Top Doc every year since 2019.
His approach begins with comprehensive diagnostics well beyond standard panels, building a complete clinical picture before drawing any conclusions. His functional and integrative methodology means no system is evaluated in isolation; every protocol is constructed from what the data reveals.
