Frequently Asked
Atlas Lifespan is based in Pennington, New Jersey. Patients are seen in person at our Pennington office or via virtual care across multiple states. Most patients use a combination of both.
Atlas Lifespan is a physician-led longevity practice. We treat the underlying physiology of aging, including hormonal, metabolic, sexual, cognitive, and cellular function, through comprehensive biomarker analysis and individualized clinical protocols. Patients come to us for perimenopause, andropause, testosterone optimization, weight and body composition, sleep, sexual function, and the early physiological decline that conventional medicine often treats only after it crosses into disease. Care may include hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 and metabolic prescriptions, peptide therapy, regenerative therapies, and other physician-prescribed modalities. Each is designed and refined by board-certified physicians based on biomarker data and clinical response.

Yes. Every consultation, follow-up, and protocol adjustment is conducted by Dr. Trivedi or Dr. Afiniwala. Care is not delegated to coordinators or non-physician staff.
No. Atlas Lifespan is a physician-led functional medicine practice focused on longevity. Every protocol begins with a deep evaluation of your physiology and is designed by board-certified physicians, not delegated to staff or sold from a menu.
The initial consultation is a 60-minute physician visit. We review your health history, current symptoms and goals, and any prior laboratory work. We then outline laboratory testing, protocol design, and next steps.
The 15-minute introductory conversation is complimentary. The full consultation fee is determined by the program that best aligns with your goals and is discussed when scheduling.
Yes, when clinically appropriate. GLP-1 medications are prescribed as part of a broader physician-led metabolic strategy that includes hormonal, peptide, and lifestyle interventions, not as a standalone weight-loss prescription.
Yes. Atlas Lifespan complements rather than replaces your primary care relationship. We coordinate with your existing physicians when appropriate and provide documentation for your records.
